The Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KW-IRS) has reiterated its commitment to supporting the Kwara State Sports Commission in boosting revenue generation and blocking leakages. Shade Omoniyi, Executive Chairman of KW-IRS, led a delegation to the Sports Commission on Friday, June 7, 2024, to strengthen ties and explore areas of collaboration.
Omoniyi emphasized the importance of partnership in enhancing revenue generation and preventing leakages within sporting facilities. She pledged KW-IRS's unwavering support to the Commission, expressing her team's readiness to work together to improve revenue drive and enhance the state's financial resources.
The meeting brought together top officials from both organizations, including KW-IRS Director, MDAs, Omotayo Ayinla; Head, Parastatals, Abayomi Ajiboso; and representatives from the Sports Commission, Bako Ibrahim, Dele Abubakar, and Tado Haruna.
This collaboration demonstrates KW-IRS's dedication to fostering partnerships and ensuring revenue optimization across various sectors in Kwara State.
