Enhancing Response Time and Traffic Flow: KWARTMA Receives Brand New Operational Motorcycles

 

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has taken another step to enhance traffic management in the state by presenting brand new operational motorcycles to the Kwara State Road Traffic Management Authority (KWARTMA).

This latest gesture comes months after the governor presented patrol vehicles to KWARTMA to improve their operations. The motorcycles are customized with the KWARTMA brand and come with branded safety helmets.

AbdulRazaq charged KWARTMA to utilize the motorcycles for the purpose they are meant for, which is to improve response time in emergencies and enhance traffic management in the state.

The Ag. Chief Executive Officer of KWARTMA, Engr. Bamidele Michael, expressed his gratitude to the governor for the gesture, stating that it will boost the agency's response time in terms of emergencies. He also commended the governor for his unwavering support to KWARTMA, having presented 3 brand new operational vehicles to the Authority months ago.

Engr. Bamidele applauded the governor for the construction and rehabilitation of roads and flyover bridges in the state, which will enhance the free flow of traffic and attract potential investors.

According to him, "The motorcycles will enhance the authority to expand its tentacles and scope of operation, making KWARTMA more responsive."

This development is a testament to the governor's commitment to improving traffic management and ensuring the safety of road users in Kwara State.
